Maya brings a deep passion for plant medicine and education, and she has a beautiful way of making herbal wisdom accessible, empowering, and deeply rooted in care for the body. We’re so excited for our community to learn from her.

She will be guiding a 4-Week Detox Series focused on understanding detox in a sustainable and supportive way. This series is not about extreme cleanses or quick fixes. Instead, it offers a grounded foundation for supporting the body through herbs, nourishment, and mindful daily practices.
