To start the year, VRB Yoga introduces our first yoga course offering. This 6-session series on Fridays is specifically designed for beginners and students who want to focus on the basics. You will learn the foundations of alignment to help you build strength and flexibility and relieve stress. This is an active class, yet more measured than a mixed level class, intended to be both accessible to beginners and insightful for those with an existing practice.
Each 75 minute session will build upon the prior class in a progressive manner. You will learn to use props to keep your body safe and to enhance the practice. You will get the most out of the classes if you attend them all, and in sequence. In addition to the weekly, live Zoom sessions, you’ll have access to the class recording for a full week, to support you in developing a daily(ish) personal practice.
