"I have very bad cystic acne. Though I have done and tried to all. This wash is the best to help keep my acne from getting infected to which is painful. Possibility 1: exposure to allergens or irritants. Think cleaning supplies, perfume, tough fabrics, and even potent vegetables like onions or garlic.

Possibility 2: too much hand washing! Constantly wetting and drying your hands can break down skin’s protective barrier. Try wearing gloves when you do the dishes and hydrating soap when washing hands.

Possibility 3: sweating. Our sweat is salty and when it absorbs up into the skin it can irritate the skin. Make sure to wash quickly after any vigorous activity or to dry your skin if you feel it getting a bit sweaty while out and about.

Unfortunately, acne knows no age. Although there are periods in our life where acne is more common and it gradually becomes less as we get older... Acne isn't technically "curable", but it is manageable.
