Psychological Assessment Inc will be represented at the 51st Annual FMHAC Conference in San Diego with two presentations and a poster.

Dr. Rachyll Dempsey will present Introduction to Malingering: Performance and Symptom Validity Testing.

Dr. Daniel Taxy and Vanessa Reis, M.A. will present Outpatient, Not Out of Options: Challenges in Juvenile Competency Restoration.

Lauren Cox and Constanze Baal will also present a poster during the conference.

We look forward to engaging with colleagues as these conversations continue to shape forensic practice.

This 4-hour continuing education workshop addresses emerging ethical challenges psychologists face with artificial intelligence tools and human resources considerations in clinical training settings. Participants will explore the appropriate and inappropriate uses of AI technologies in psychological practice as well as in supervision, including chatbots, documentation assistance, and clinical decision support tools, while maintaining professional standards and client confidentiality. The workshop also covers essential HR-related issues such as accommodations for staff with disabilities, harassment prevention, and creating inclusive environments that support diversity.
