Enjoy our Yoga For Strength and Flexibility instruction in a small class in-person setting.
This class is perfect for beginners but great for all levels of experience.
Yoga harmonizes the quest for a healthy body with the pursuit of a peaceful mind. This class encourages you to find strength, flexibility, and the balance between effort and ease through the practice of physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana).
Designed to establish a solid foundation for a mindful practice, the class will focus on basic postures along with essential breathing and meditation techniques. It's perfect for beginners, those looking to reconnect with their practice, and anyone who enjoys a slower, more deliberate pace.
This session offers the chance to thoughtfully challenge both the body and the mind.
When you commit to a regular yoga practice you will quickly find yourself to be leaner, more flexible, stronger and have a much more balanced lifestyle.
