At Project Pedal, we’re breaking a sweat with our Bay Area neighbors, motivating everyone to get fit and feel great. Equipped with all the right equipment, energetic music, and talented trainers, we’re here to push students of all levels to reach their workout goals. Whether guests want to get their groove on in our hip hop spin class or participate in a group strength training series, everyone can expect to improve their cardiovascular health and develop their legs, core, and upper body. Most importantly, individuals can expect to see and feel the results of their hard work and have fun while working out in a motivating and supportive environment!
