Happy nearly New Year! It's Alison Johns, sharing Ngozi Integrative Bodywork, my massage and bodywork business, with you.

It feels like Phase Two.
"Ngozi", an Igbo word that means "blessing", is my son's middle name, and it was learning infant massage with him over 20 years ago that started me on the path in the first place. My inspiration couldn't be clearer, I suppose.
