So I ask you this- What blood work does your Primary Care Doc, your rheumatologist, your urologist, your obgyn, etc, run each year for you? Do you know why they do? Are there things you wish it included? Or things you have to ask for?

I have finally finished writing the material. And here it is! MomFit launches April 3rd! Come join me for this all-levels class targetting these specific concerns! Class will be 45 minutes of exercise, then 15 minutes of stress reduction and stretching!

MomFit All Access Monthly Pass is $37.50, or Drop in for $10 per class!
