Stepz Dance Fitness Studio| Front Desk Studio Sales Associate

This is an active sales and engagement role, not a passive desk position.

We are looking for someone who understands that sales, marketing and service go hand in hand. This role requires generating leads, confidently discussing memberships, following up with prospects, converting walk ins and building relationships within our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES�• Membership sales�• Lead generation and follow up�• Marketing and outreach support�• Greeting and engaging every guest who walks through the door�• Maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk presence�• Supporting daily studio operations

Candidate must be personable, professional, self motivated and comfortable initiating conversations that lead to sales. Sitting and waiting for traffic is not the strategy. Creating opportunities is.
