❄️ Winter can be really tough on your body (it sure is on mine). Dampness and cold 🥶 are NOT my friend. During the winter months I tend to double down on Epsom salt bathes, using my Theragun, cupping, foam rolling and stretching just to name a few. Nurture you body, let me know how I can help too! 😃
