For more than 95 years, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network has been focused on Making Aging Easier for older adults and their families.

We are a non-profit, faith-based network of living and care options meeting the needs of older adults in Western PA. Today Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is privileged to serve more than 6,500 older adults through our continuum of 53 communities across 10 Western Pennsylvania counties. Our care and service options include: personal care and skilled nursing communities, specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care, over 30 affordable and supportive housing communities, our continuing care retirement community Longwood at Oakmont, as well as in-home and community-based programs.

Lights, mics, action! 🎙️ Residents at Southminster Place enjoyed a delightful live radio play performance of It’s a Wonderful Life, complete with vintage commercials and heartfelt storytelling. Even more special? The event was organized by the son of one of our residents — a wonderful reminder of how family connections and creative passions enrich life in our community.

Sometimes it is the simplest activities that bring people together. Bingo became a way to learn names, start conversations, and feel comfortable in a new place. Over time, it turned into a sense of belonging within the community. 🎱😊🪑
