Here's the Rub - The BigChallenge
It is a problem that cannot be directly solved by anything you can do.

You cannot, from where you are, do something that put's you Into Your Axis.

You cannot do Into Your Axis - without first undoing what you are already doing.

Why not?

The desired state, Into Your Axis, requires far less muscular effort than what you are already doing. Anything you try to do adds more muscular effort. Any doing on your part will increase the amount of existing tension.

So the beginning of the process is the awareness and conscious release of the existing tensions.

Here's a start: To release the tension in your back, stop leaning your trunk and your head so far forward.

Practical takeaway: Move your phone or other device's top of the screen up to eye level. Instead of collapsing down on your devices, find creative ways to bring them up to you. For example, to hold up my phone high enough to see it, I prop my elbow on the ledge of my rib cage. My upper arm and elbow are pointing toward my navel. That way requires very little effort to keep my arm and phone up.

Being in your axis is not a static steady state.

At best, one gently weaves, sways, and rocks over the upright line. It's like sitting on a ball. You have to keep catching and redirecting yourself to avoid falling over. If you don't prop yourself, sitting on a ball can be great training.

Tip for the astute: Get a good exercise ball. Get one big enough that your thighs are near parallel with the ground. Put a folded towel or some pillow that can absorb moisture on top of the ball and sit on that. Don't collapse your chest forward and down. Move the top of your neck up and back while the head nods forward.

Fun writing this. I suspect videos will demonstrate movements better than words.

Into Your Axis is my life's work.
The basics of postural alignment are the first step.
This makes everything easier.

In preparation, I need to clear, clean and order my home. I've been putting this off since my recent trip to London.

I needed some kind of motivation to get going with this vital job. As long as your environment is in disorder, your [my] mental and emotional functions are too.

I congratulated my subconscious for "arranging" adequate motivation. Yesterday at the local farmer's market [my favorite outing], I met a lovely tourist who will be here a few weeks.

I invited her to dinner. She gave me her number.

Now I have to HAVE TO start [and have started] cleaning my kitchen.

Into Your Axis comes first.

When you practice being in your axis, your self-awareness increases. You become aligned with your true self. You gain access to inspirations and insights that guide you to make better decisions - and help you to better aim and guide your progress.

But it is hard to do any of this if you are in pain. So pain relief is part of this training. During my years working in a Swiss medical center, I became known as the man who can get rid of anyone's back pain. Most of the time, I can do this by showing you what to do for yourself. Getting out of pain is vital.

So is reducing inflammation. Most every disease that is plaguing us today has an element of inflammation. Reduce the inflammation and you suffer less. Into Your Axis is all about reducing suffering. Into Your Axis includes simple training in how to reduce chronic inflammation.

How else can one get into contact with the Muse and receive inspirations that inform and guide our lives well? The key is in the word muse. The secret access if via music! So part of Into Your Axis includes the world's easiest-to-play musical instruments. These use your computer keyboard or keypad to play songs. Anyone who can read and push buttons can play songs as soon as they try. Playing music is a wonderful, uplifting way to contact your muse and be inspired.

Each of us has unique talents and experiences. These equip you to do specific work while here on earth. You have a responsibility to all of us to do your part. We need you and what you bring. Coming Into Your Axis helps you to know what you are here to do - and to do it well.
