HopeLink Behavioral Health is thrilled to share our 6th Annual Golf Tournament with The Alliance Group and CBRE will be held on Monday, May 4th at Westwood Country Club!

This special event raises critical funds to support youth and young adults in our Transition to Independence Process program as they prioritize their mental health and well-being, strengthen life skills, and create a path toward greater independence.

Golfers can look forward to a fantastic day on the course featuring delicious food and beverages, exciting contests, great prizes, and plenty of fun along the way.

We can’t wait to welcome our golfers and sponsors for another incredible day of impact in just two months!

Board Spotlight 🌟

Meet Brian Higgins, a dedicated member of HopeLink’s Board of Directors. While he officially joined the Board six months ago, Brian has been a committed supporter of HopeLink for several years. In 2024, he stepped into a leadership role as Co-Chair of our Imagine Hope Benefit, helping make the event a huge success.

Brian generously shares his time, insight, and passion for our mission, strengthening and expanding crisis and behavioral health services in our community. We are so grateful for his leadership and continued commitment to HopeLink. Thank you, Brian!

Did You Know?

Our Crisis Services team handled over 395,000 total contacts, including more than 218,000 calls answered, 108,000 texts and chats, and 68,000 outbound calls and follow-ups during our 2025 fiscal year, through the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

That means hundreds of thousands of moments when someone chooses to reach out rather than face their struggle alone. Every call answered, every text responded to, and every follow-up made represents connection, compassion, and hope in action.

We are honored to be a trusted resource for our community during some of life’s hardest moments. Thank you for helping HopeLink continue to provide immediate, caring support when it matters most.

As Random Acts of Kindness Week comes to a close, we’re proud to highlight the compassion our crisis workers bring to every call, chat, and conversation. Leading with empathy and understanding is what makes HopeLink a safe space for so many, and we’re grateful for a team that shows up with kindness every single day. During Random Acts of Kindness Week, our Stepping Stones Interpersonal Skills group is learning that kindness can be simple, creative, and powerful. From adding kindness-focused questions to their icebreaker activity to sharing handmade flowers through their paper garden, our clients are finding ways to show care for themselves and others, one thoughtful act at a time.

At HopeLink, we are grateful to support spaces where connection, creativity, and kindness help strengthen mental wellness in our community!

HopeLink offers a variety of services to support mental wellness, including our Linking Individuals and Navigating Care (LINC) program, in partnership with the Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Services.

LINC is designed for youth and young adults between the ages of 15 and 30 and Loudoun County residents navigating their first episode of psychosis, providing compassionate care, guidance, and connection every step of the way.

Through personalized support and coordinated services, our team helps individuals and families better understand their mental health and access the resources they need.

This month at Fairfax Recovery Academy, clients took part in meaningful, creative activities designed to support healing and self-expression. From a mindfulness-based sidewalk chalk activity during Registration Week to a handprint craft filled with positive affirmations in our Improving Self-Esteem group, these moments encouraged reflection, confidence, and connection.
