Located in Oaktown Indiana, 20 minutes from either Vincennes Good Samaritan Hospital or Sullivan County Community Hospital. Our small, home town, country atmosphere and excellent care is worth the drive. The goal of Oak Village Healthcare is to help individuals achieve their highest level of independence. Our aggressive discharge planning ensures an individual has all the adaptive equipment, home modifications, and training to ensure success once they are at home.

Merry Christmas from our FAMILY to yours! Our holiday dinner was full of love and laughter!! So glad we could all come together even during a snowstorm! I hope everyone had as much fun as we did. A lot of work goes into this event and it’s always so worth it!! Our dietary department really nailed it, this event couldn’t happen without them!!! 🎄♥️
