Please join us in welcoming physical therapist Kristen Fallert to the Signature PT team!

Kristen received her bachelor’s degree in exercise and movement science, with a minor in biomedical science, from Missouri State University in 2010. She continued her graduate studies at Long Island University–Brooklyn, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013. Since graduating, she has completed her orthopedic manual certification to enhance her hands-on treatment techniques.

"I have worked in orthopedics throughout my entire career, with specialties in treating runners, cervicogenic headaches, and TMJ dysfunction," Kristen says.

Outside of work, Kristen is married with two children, Avery and Liam, and has two dogs. She also enjoys working out, scuba diving, snowboarding, running, hiking, and traveling.
