Sundays are meant for us to slow down, but for some of us every morning should start off slow. Joints and the cold weather do not mix. So here is what you can do to make sure you reduce the risk of injuries :
✅ start your morning with slow movement
✅ take a warm shower to help loosen joints
✅ stretch when waking up, before and after exercise and before bed
✅ don’t over do it
