Metta Wellness Center offers professional, therapeutic massage, yoga studio & sound baths. I have been a massage therapist since 2000. I studied massage at Nevada School of Massage Therapy - Las Vegas campus & Thai Bodywork School - Evanston, IL. I have continually pursued continuing education in the massage field as I feel a therapist can NEVER have too many tools in their massage toolbox to help their clients. I have been a yoga teacher (500-RYT) since July 2018. My services range from achieving pain relief (acute and/or chronic pain as well as helping with post-surgery issues) to general wellness and/or relaxation. My absolute favorite specialty is Thai Bodywork and Clinical Thai Bodywork/Trigger Point Therapy due to it's amazing results. I offer different services depending on your needs and wants for your particular session that day.
