UF CARD Halloween Event
No Tricks, Only Treats!
Join us for a fun, sensory-friendly Halloween experience!

Who: UF CARD Constituents & families

What: Trick-or-treating alternative with fun sensory stickers and small toys. No food or candy. No scary decorations. Costumes welcome (but not required)!

When: Friday, October 31, 2025, 9am - 2pm

Where: UF CARD Office, 4101 NW 89 Blvd, Gainesville, FL

Why: A safe, sensory-friendly way to celebrate Halloween and practice social skills.

Let's Talk ZONES! 🟦🟩🟨🟥
Teaching our clients to check in with themselves allows them to help put their feelings and actions into a plan for success.

However, PARENTS and CAREGIVERS need the same training and opportunities. Being a full time caregiver can be a challenge and knowing where you are emotionally allows you to be better present for your family and for yourself. Knowing your own ZONE allows you to better communicate your thoughts, feelings, and ideas and continue to be the best advocate for your loved ones.

SOL Therapies offers virtual and in-person Consultation Services to help parents and caregivers create a plan for success. In addition, we have monthly parent support group meetings to help build your support system.

You are not alone.

Families of children 4 and Under- Take a look at this awesome swimming scholarship! Water safety is SO important !

📣 Big news for Florida families of children with autism!
The Florida Legislature has approved $1,000,000 in swim lesson vouchers to support water safety and prevent tragedies. 🏊‍♀️💙
Children ages 4 and under who are either part of military families or have autism are given priority access due to their higher risk for drowning.
