Some days look like this, little Hazel “helping” me recertify my NRP at the office.
If you’re out there juggling work, motherhood, purpose, and passion… I see you.

Showing up with a baby on your hip (or in my case, behind my computer screen) is not always easy, but it is powerful. We are raising tiny humans while still growing in our calling, and that is worth celebrating.

To every parent doing the hard, beautiful work of showing up: you’re doing amazing, and you’re not alone. 🤍

After your birth we leave something special behind. Each family receives a personalized onesie for their new little one along with a keepsake set of their tiny newborn footprints. These small touches are our way of honoring your journey and celebrating the very first moments of your baby’s life.💛

Sometimes babies need a little extra help taking their first breaths, and that support can often happen right on their mother’s chest. Gentle stimulation, a bit of suction, or a few breaths can be given while baby stays skin to skin, warm, connected, and comforted by the sound of her heartbeat.

Not every moment of transition requires separation. In many cases, baby can receive what they need while remaining exactly where they belong, in their mother’s arms. 🤍

🤱🏻 breastfeeding support group 🤱🏻

we are so excited to begin hosting a free breastfeeding support group each week at cocoon chiropractic. this has been a dream of dr. nadia’s even before becoming a board-certified lactation consultant and a mom.

this is a space where you can build community, ask questions, and find encouragement from other moms. perfect for pregnant mamas who want to breastfeed, those who are newly postpartum, mamas who are breastfeeding their toddler (🙋🏻‍♀️), and even those who are just passionate about nursing!

no need to register or rsvp. just show up as you are.

Here’s a peek at a beautiful umbilical cord keepsake from one of the placentas we encapsulated this week. We always recommend asking your provider to leave as much of the cord attached as possible so we can create a meaningful keepsake for you to cherish forever.
