Due to the ongoing government shutdown, SNAP benefits have been suspended starting November 1, 2025.

We understand this may cause hardship for many in our community and especially our seniors. If you or someone you know is affected, please reach out for help.

🧡 Elder Options is offering support and resources for older adults across North Central Florida.

Looking for something delicious and healthy? Try our Low-Calorie Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry — packed with flavor, protein, and color, all under 300 calories per serving!

✨ Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breast (thinly sliced)

1 cup broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 zucchini, sliced

2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic

Optional: drizzle of sriracha for spice 🌶️

🔥 Directions:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan.
2️⃣ Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
3️⃣ Toss in veggies and garlic.
4️⃣ Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes, then add soy sauce.
