Pizza bowls
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage, browned
- keto/low carb marinara sauce
- pepperoni
- mozzarella cheese
- crushed red pepper flakes
- Sautéed onions
- sautéed green pepper
- mushrooms (optional)
- banana pepper rings (optional)
- black olives (optional)
- Mix your browned sausage with all toppings, mozzarella cheese, and sauce to coat. Mix in the crushed red pepper flakes.
- Spray the individual size bowl. Add about a TBSP or so of sauce to each bowl. Dump in your mixture. Top with additional cheese
- Broil until hot & bubbly
