May you all have a blessed Christmas. I know it is not always easy but when we are in the hard times, for me it helps to focus on the small blessings in my life. e.g. a beautiful sunny day, a good cup of coffee or tea, a smile from a friend or stranger, a baby's laughter. Merry Christmas everyone.

we are so excited to begin hosting a free breastfeeding support group each week at cocoon chiropractic. this has been a dream of dr. nadia’s even before becoming a board-certified lactation consultant and a mom.

this is a space where you can build community, ask questions, and find encouragement from other moms. perfect for pregnant mamas who want to breastfeed, those who are newly postpartum, mamas who are breastfeeding their toddler (🙋🏻‍♀️), and even those who are just passionate about nursing!

no need to register or rsvp. just show up as you are.
