Dear centurylink....
I have simple pay for my employee. I have set up my account in March. Paid by autpay each month. Internet has been working fine from March until 3 weeks ago. Now Internet is very intermittent and does not always work. Been having problems since 7/21. I have called many many many times and no one can help me or answer my problems. I finally got a tech out and they said it was modem. Even though I lease modem from you. Took many many calls to get new modem sent. Meanwhile somehow I kept getting bills even though I was paid in full. I called and billing said there was 2 accounts made.??? So she zeroed it out because she could see 8 did pay via automatic payments and was current. I tell you this because when I called today. Because I have no service at all now, because apparently someone closed both accounts???? I have spent at minimum an hour but most days 3 to 4 hours a day being transferred hung up on etc. To no avail. I really really really need someone to call me about this asap. As you have my money and are providing no services. You also owe me a month's worth of free service due to all my issues and how things are being handled. I am trying to run a business and can not due to this. Please call me 352 299 0297 or I will be going to public announcements and news worthy info soon. Thank you. Jennifer ryan.
