Our healthy outside starts from our inside. Welcome to our healthy family journey page. I decided to started this new journey in my life and bec She always wanted me to live a better life than she lived.

Welcome my page, I am Suny and I am 44 years old from Honduras.This page shares my healthy journey and venture as a coach and a mom. When I lost my Nany (Mother) last year, I got lost, angry, question life, and was in a deep depression. Then one day, she came to me and open my eyes from heaven and said, “don’t use me as an example.” She use to tell me this a lot when she was alive and I never agree with her because to me she was the best example and my role model. At first, I was sad, and didn't understand and kept crying night after night. These words sank deep inside my head and that night, I realized that she wanted me live and make a change in my life. Sh wanted me to treat myself better, take control of my life, feel empowered, love myself, and to live for her. She always wanted me to reach higher goals than she did. She was my number one support, my fan, and always encourage me as well as push me to keep going. This is why I made the decision of changing my family and my lifestyle to a much healthier one. I became a coach for me, my family, and in hopes of inspired others like myself to live, laugh, be happy, and self-love. I am here to help you reach your goals. It is never too late to start loving, living happier, stress free, and a fabulous life for the rest of your life.
