Cindy has been a valued part of TimberRidge for over three years. In that time, she has truly become someone everyone can depend on. Our staff shared so many wonderful things about her — she is a great team player, very reliable, extremely helpful, and always treats our residents with kindness, courtesy, and genuine care.

She never hesitates to lend a hand, support her team, or step up when needed. Cindy brings warmth, professionalism, and positivity to every corner of our workplace, and her dedication shines through in everything she does.

🍂 November has been full of joy here at TimberRidge! 🍂

This month we came together for our Thanksgiving potluck, shared laughs and smiles. Our residents, had a blast with some live entertainment, and we enjoyed a special new-hire luncheon as we welcomed new team members to our family. We also celebrated birthdays and all the moments in between that make our community feel like home. It’s been a fun and memorable November, and we can’t wait to see what December will bring. 😊❤️

🇺🇸 Veteran Spotlight: Specialist Sierra Kelly, U.S. Army 🇺🇸

We are deeply honored to recognize Specialist Sierra Kelly, a devoted nurse at our facility and a proud United States Army Veteran. Her story is one of strength, tradition, and an unwavering commitment to serving others — both in uniform and in our community.

During her military career, SPC Kelly served at several notable duty stations:
• Fort Sill, Oklahoma
• Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio
• Fort Lewis, Washington

When asked what inspired her to join the military, Sierra shared from the heart:

“I come from a military family. I wanted to carry on the tradition and become the first woman in my family to serve.”

Her courage and determination not only honored that tradition — they expanded it.

The lessons she learned in service continue to shape the way she cares for others every day:

“Teamwork is essential in everything I do. Others’ approaches and perspectives help me to learn and grow.”

Even after leaving the military, Sierra’s heart for service never faded. When asked what motivated her to become a nurse, she shared:

“Deep down, service members have a drive to help people. I decided that even outside of service I wanted to help my community. Nursing gave me the opportunity to serve and connect with them.”

Her compassion is not just part of her job — it’s part of who she is.

Reflecting on what Veterans Day means to her, SPC Kelly expressed:

“Veterans Day means honoring and thanking all service members past and present. Standing by my brothers and sisters in arms and appreciating them for their sacrifice.”

Sierra continues to stand by those who served — just as she stands by our residents, families, and staff with kindness, resilience, and grace.

We are proud to honor Specialist Sierra Kelly — an exceptional nurse, a dedicated veteran, and a truly inspiring member of our community. 🇺🇸💙
