Alabama's new Abortion Law the was ok by the Governor on the 14th of May this year. I have looked at the chart for Alabama with the transits and progressions.
In the “The Rulership Book” by Rex Bills, “abortions” have the energy of the planets Mars, Pluto, and Uranus. We see transiting Uranus squaring Alabama's Mars. We also have the Progressed Moon on the Alabama's Ascendant, bringing into focus family and motherhood which the Moon is strongly linked to. Transiting Jupiter is over the steallum of the Sun, Uranus, and Neptune in Alabama's Chart. My first thought was what happened to the separation of Church and State that was so strongly supported in our Constitution. As I watch the dismantling of our Union by the current administration, I see the States moving forward to becoming their own little Republics. Alabama has taken a bold step toward this reality.

For the month they will feel much more emotional than usual. This, of course, can be either good or bad, depending upon how they normally relate to their emotions. They will respond unconsciously to small cues put out by other people that neither of them are aware of. The problem here is that they are unable to see each new moment. They become nothing more than the product of their past, and their behavior can be quite inappropriate to the needs of the moment.
On the other hand, if they can handle the emotions that are aroused, they will be able to relate to others with great feeling and empathy. This transit is excellent for occasions when they and another person must relate at a very deep, intense level, when they communicate not only with their rational mind but with their subliminal senses as well. Even a casual encounter may have this quality of emotional depth.
Women may be very important to them this month, and they should observe their reactions to them. Hopefully they will not allow their unconscious mind to run away with them.

A possibly explosive time during which a rebellious urge within presents an emotional challenge. The State may have to resist attempts to divert their drive and energy in directions that will take them nowhere. A lot of heavy energy.
Watch out for impulsive actions, rash decisions and other actions that may have sudden, unexpected consequences and undesirable results in the future. They may feel that their ego is at stake in some way and that they have to assert themselves now regardless of the risk of getting involved in an conflict.
There may be considerable tension with others who seem to be in their way all the time. It may be difficult to avoid disputes and "blowing up" at others. This transit challenges their sense of security and just how much they believe they can assert themselves. The more insecure they are, the more likely they are to do something rash as a way of saying to the world that they are a state to be reckoned with. Authority figures who limit their freedom of movement and self-expression are very likely targets for their rebellion, which may be through petty acts or through larger actions that could get them into difficulties. It is not that they are wrong in wanting to assert themselves, but that the ways they have choose to do this are not very well considered or effective. Hopefully they will act with a little discretion.
Quite often the effects of this transit are more unconscious; that is, they will not be aware of the feeling described above. This can lead to unconscious eruptions of the energy that can be quite disruptive. Conflicts that they have not apparently caused but have somehow made more likely are one outcome of this.
The only real answer to this transit is to try to achieve some security about who they are and what they are doing. Then they will not feel such a great need to break free and take rash and ill-considered actions. They may still feel obliged to do something that is a significant break from their normal routine, but it will not be so destructive.

A great time, when good fortune and plain old luck surround you easy for you to make correct decisions, find the right path, and move forward where career and success are concerned. Life's problems seem manageable and easy to solve.
Traditionally this is considered one of the most marvelous transits, and indeed it is quite-good. However, its influence may be masked by other transits that are longer-lasting and more powerful. lf the chart is severely afflicted by other transits at this time, this one will serve largely to give you a break.
At the very least, they will feel good at this time. Their health is good, and they feel very optimistic. For a while it may seem that everything is working out perfectly, and if they make an effort, it will. But if they simply sit back and enjoy this transit, its beneficent influence will pass away with little to show for it afterward.
This is the beginning of a new twelve-year cycle of growth. lt is a time to initiate new projects and expand activities so that they can experience life from a broader perspective. Even with this transit there are some pitfalls. First of all, their exuberant optimism can cause them to overdo or overreach themselves, so that when this transit is over, they find themselves out on the proverbial limb. Exercising a certain amount of restraint and build upon what they have rather than trying to increase your holdings beyond their ability to handle them. Being careful of extravagance, and if they invest money, remember that today's luck is not permanent. When the transit is over it is over.
Otherwise, they can have a good time under this transit. Remember, the feeling of well-being that you experience now is really closer to the truth of what they are than the gloomier or more depressed feelings that they have at other times.

Their path or career maybe at right angles with their own sense of security and responsibilities. A hard trade-off to figure. They can't win, so some negotiations are in order. Try to cut a path that includes both.
Under this transit they will make many adjustments in their life, separating themselves from persons or circumstances that are doing them no good. They will change many standards of behavior and morality that they realize are inappropriate and generally realign their conception of duty and responsibility more in accordance with reality. In the process they may experience a considerable amount of tension, and for a time they may be confused, not quite knowing whether to go backward or forward, to expand or cut back.
