Please join us in celebrating a very special team member—our incredible Floor Tech, Colin, on his 6-year anniversary at Bridgewater Park Health & Rehab! 🎉
Colin first joined our Bridgewater family through Project SEARCH, and from the very beginning, he has made a lasting impression on everyone he meets. If you’ve ever been to our building, you’ve likely been greeted by Colin’s warm smile and maybe even had a conversation about one of his favorite songs.
Colin is friendly, inquisitive, curious, and always willing to lend a helping hand. He loves being involved in our community programs and brings so much joy and positivity to both our residents and staff. In 2025, Colin was also the proud recipient of our Servant Heart Award—a true reflection of his kindness, dedication, and the heart he brings to everything he does. ❤️
One of Colin’s dreams is to work in our Maintenance department, and we are so proud to support him as he continues to grow and pursue his goals. We truly believe every building needs a Colin—and we are so lucky he’s ours.Congratulations on 6 amazing years, Colin! Here’s to many more!

Our 5th Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt was a huge success, and our hearts are so full! The turnout was absolutely fantastic, and it was such a joy to see our community come together for a day filled with smiles, laughter, and fun. We were especially delighted to welcome Fancy the Pony and a special visit from the Easter Bunny—they truly made the day magical!
From thousands of colorful eggs to dancing, games, and even bunny bait, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Moments like these are what make our community so special. Thank you to everyone who came out and made this event unforgettable. We are already looking forward to doing it all over again next year! 🌼

We’re excited to introduce our newest role within the community — the B.E.S.T. Ambassador, a position dedicated to elevating customer service and strengthening the heart of our culture. B.E.S.T. stands for Beyond Expectation, Satisfaction, and Trust and is our service excellence program focused on turning everyday interactions into meaningful experiences for residents, families, visitors, and each other.
Please help us congratulate Kerrie Chirichiello, our very first B.E.S.T. Ambassador! As a valued member of our Life Enrichment team, Kerrie brings incredible energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for connecting with our residents. She consistently goes above and beyond and truly embodies the spirit of what B.E.S.T. represents.
In this role, Kerrie will lead the B.E.S.T. Academy within our community — guiding team members, mentoring graduates, and helping keep our culture of service excellence strong.
We’re proud of the work we do, and even prouder of the people who make it possible.
