Karen Ledford is Bridgewater Park Health and Rehabs HR Director. Every duty Karen has, she does it to her best ability. She prides herself on being compliant and timely with payroll as well as being able to provide the employees with error free paychecks. 🎉
Karen is the main face of our orientation program. She makes a point to ensure orientations are fun, welcoming, and efficient and she always feeds the new employees a good meal on their first day. Karen also makes sure we are always thinking of ahead for the next employee engagement event.
Beyond her normal job duties, Karen is one of the most joyful, funny, and goofy people we have had the pleasure to work with. She doesnt care what role youre in, or if youre a patient or visitor, she will take the time to chat with you (or sing to you). We would be lost without Karen in our lives. ❤️
