Feline leukemia is the number one virus that kills cats. Did you know that once your pet is tested negative for leukemia that they can be vaccinated against it. Lots of clients feed the stray cats in the shores. Sharing food and water bowls can spread feline leukemia. A pet getting a ear hematoma after ear hematoma surgery means the initial underlying cause (allergies, infection, or excessive scratching/head shaking) wasn't managed. This leads to vessel rupture again, and requires addressing the root issue and potentially repeating treatment.
