We are please to announce we have partnered with the Sexual Assault Center of Marion County, to assist those who have been victims of sexual violence and their support network.
We offer gentle movement to reconnect our awareness back to our bodies, guided meditation to help release thought patterns that no longer serve us, and th soothing, healing sounds of crystal bowls to help release trapped energy in the body. If you or someone you know could benefit from this, please join us tonight from 6-7:30 at the Sexual Assault Center of Marion County located at 1121 SW 1st Ave, Ocala, FL 34471.
This is a free event that takes place the first Tuesday of the month.
No need to bring anything, if you have a favorite blanket, pillow or eye mask feel free to bring them along.

"An Exploration of the Chakras with Yoga Therapy" is designed to promote holistic healing and personal transformation. Unlike traditional yoga, which focuses on personal transcendence for healthy individuals, yoga therapy targets a range of psychological and somatic dysfunctions such as chronic pain, emotional distress, and post-surgery recovery.

Each class combines yoga poses with facilitation techniques to identify and release physical, mental, and emotional blocks, allowing the body to heal itself naturally. This course explores the energy centers, or chakras, to help integrate unresolved experiences at both energetic and physical levels, promoting overall well-being.
