Liz is a trauma therapist in training and dedicated breathwork practitioner with over 500 hours of personal practice. Rooted in a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach, Liz loves teaching people practices for reconnecting with the deeper wisdom of the soul, and meeting all parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion.
