We had so much fun at The Shores' annual "Friendsgiving" celebration with our incredible teammates and community partners! 🥳

This is always such a wonderful event for our team, as it gives us an opportunity to connect and catch up with so many of the individuals who are committed to supporting our residents and creating meaningful experiences in our community every day.

Last week, we came together for one cause, in support of The Shores' PB&J Project to help feed those in need. 😃

With the helping hands of our residents, teammates, and volunteers from The Shores, Ocean City Queens, Thrivent, and St. John Lutheran Church, we made close to 300 PB&J sandwiches to support two incredible nonprofits: Angels in Motion - Atlantic County and The Branches Outreach. These local organizations serve our underserved neighbors with dignity, hope, and care.

From spreading peanut butter to packing each bag with purpose, every volunteer played a part in making a real impact in our community. Thank you to everyone who participated! ❤️

We were proud to represent The Shores at the 2025 South Jersey Walk to End Alzheimer’s this past weekend!

Our very own "Team Tapestries" joined many others from around our area to raise awareness and show support for all those touched by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Each year, this is always a highlight for our team because it reminds us how powerful our community can be when we come together in strength and unity for such an important cause. 💜

This event is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together as a community and highlight heartfelt resident experiences, the dedication of our teammates, and the transformational connections that are made possible through generous donor support.

Our Tapestries Open House was a wonderful success! We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate the future of memory care at The Shores.

Our guests enjoyed champagne, hors d’oeuvres, and live music in our beautiful courtyard, while also having the chance to tour The Shores' newly upgraded Tapestries Memory Care neighborhood.

The evening also featured an insightful presentation from UMC's VP of Program Excellence, Pam Garofolo, who shared expert perspectives on the future of senior living.
