After many years in the fitness industry I wanted to dig deeper into helping others feel better and progress in their fitness and health goals. After suffering a major concussion and receiving tons of treatment, I was blown away with the positive effect massage therapy and muscle manipulation had on my healing process. We live in a stress driven world which can be overwhelming. Juggling family life, Jobs, and whatever responsibilities on your plate- you need to take the time for YOU. So many of us (myself included) are guilty of neglecting our own needs that it can create a negative ripple effect and cause unhealthy and other long term problems. Round 6 of chemo for my Stepdad, Michael.
This journey has been long, heavy, and stretching in every way — but God. ✝️
His strength has carried Michael (and all of us) when ours ran out.
I’ll be wearing this hat each round as a reminder to pray without ceasing and to keep my heart anchored in faith.
