We will be closed until Janaury 5th. Thank you so much for all your support. We will now be taking some time to spend with the family and rest a bit. It has been such a busy year and I'm thankful for that but also exhausted. This little break will be much needed. I can be reached by cell or email. I'll never forget this day... ever.

I think we all remember exactly where we were when we found out what happened 😭 All the lives lost. All the friends and families touched. So much evil.
I also remember the heroes. The helpers. The unity of us all coming together. The LOVE❤️

Praying for our country. That people start to love one another more. Forgive and just be kind. Life is so short.

I am so blessed to be around beautiful strong badass women along this journey and I'm forever thankful for you all. We push me to be and do better.

I can't imagine life without my 2 girls. They are the reason I am who I am today.

It's been awhile since I've come on here and re-introduced myself so here goes..For those that may not know I'm Sonia, owner of Elizabeth Grace Wellness. I am so happy you are here with us.

I've been on this journey since 2022 when we first began but my wellness journey was long before that. I've added some slides with some information you may not have known about me. I'm an open book.

I'm also part of two other beautiful companies with Pure Haven and Green Compass. They truly want what's best for others and I back them 100%. Clean, non toxic ingredients. Everything we stand for.

I have learned and connected with others more as I've gotten older than when I was younger. If I could tell my younger self anything, it would be to take the leap earlier. Do it scared! We have one precious life and I want to live it to the fullest.

Helping others, traveling✈️🌴, experiencing the good and the not so good, savoring delicious food🥘, laughing more, treasuring it all.❤️

Here is an update on our Galentines Soiree!

Come join us for a night of fun. Bring a friend along and enjoy it with us. Decorate cookies from . Enjoy an unbelievable grazing spread from the one and only . Create a pretty flower bouquet to take home from and sip on some mocktails and cocktails with our tea. Finish it off with a little shopping at . You know I just LOVE everything from there. Jam packed fun night.

Holiday Updates.

We will be taking some time with the family for the holidays and will not be taking any more orders until January 2nd. Thank you so much for always choosing us for your wellness needs. We appreciate you.
We hope you have the most amazing Christmas and enjoy every bit of the holidays. Let's never forget the true meaning.

I am grateful for so much this holiday season.
I am grateful for this whole list above☝️ I wanted to have this one here for us all to look back on when we need some light.
I am grateful for my girls and hubby.
I am grateful for love and happiness.
I am grateful for all of you and your support.
I am grateful for your trust.
I am grateful you love our wellness goodies and enjoy them in your home for you and your family.
I am grateful for deep connections.
I am grateful for peace, and the list goes on and on...

Remember that there will always be hard days. Days that rock your core. Those days and moments are there for us to truly appreciate the good times even more and to appreciate all we truly already have. Take a breath and know it will be ok. The grass is not always greener on the other side. You just need to take care of your own lawn and give it extra love and care when needed.

I know this time of year is hard for many. People are stressed and busy and missing loved ones..know you are not alone. Lean on your friends when you need an extra push! We are in this together.
