We are a single story 40 apartment community about 5 blocks from the beach. Our residents enjoy our restaurant style dining room, hair salon, robust activity options and common areas with as much independents or assistance as you need.

We have had such a great Holiday Season here at Golden Sands. Musicians coming in, Beach Ballet performances, Santa and the Grinch, fun outings around town. We are looking forward to the NEW YEAR soon. We will be hosting a few Education Series here. Please come join in if one interests you.

Thank you so much to everyone who donated candy and who came out (bad weather and all) and celebrated Halloween with us at Golden Sands. The residents in our community had so much fun and I think the kids and families did too. I'll share some pictures soon. Love this community of ours.

I'm the Executive Director at Golden Sands Assisted Living and our newer Nurse and RCC are looking for great Caregiver Candidates. We have a great community and team and are looking for 1-2 NOC / Day Shift Caregivers. We work 12 hour shifts here. HCA certification is required within 120 but we have a tuition assistance agreement for that if you don't already have this or your CNA license. Please apply here:
