Sidelined again. I have a recurrence of a hernia. Actually turns out it’s a new one that landed me in the ER for the night
Surgery is Monday and will probably be another eight weeks before doing my next massage
Which means starting out slowly and getting back in shape a over again. So be patient. I’ll be back

It’s been about 14 days since my 2nd Maderna vaccine. 10 is supposed to be the magic number for the vaccine to be fully effective Still wearing a mask and taking all the precautions but I definitely feel more relaxed in my work now. Here’s hoping for herd immunity ( mentality😄😄) to kick in. so we can all get back to some form of normality

I recently lost a friend to COVID-19
Cheryl Spanninger was one of the first people I met when starting my massage business in this area.
She would often start the conversation with “ you know what you should do”. A practicing nurse for 50 years and very knowledgeable in many holistic modalities, she was a person worth listening to. Always full of humor and wit. She will be missed. 🥲
