We are accepting new patients and are currently working becoming preferred providers for many dental insurances. DENTAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

Are you organized, caring, and an enthusiastic person who enjoys helping others? We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. Candidate must be warm, friendly, outgoing, energetic person that has a passion for the highest quality customer service. Must be a team player and looking for long term employment. Our patients are our highest priority and our mission is to provide personalized and high quality care for them.

What you will do:

Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check in process, ensuring a positive first impression.
Conduct insurance verification ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide administrative support by answering multi-line phone system.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and high quality service delivery.
Entering and presenting treatment plans.

Experience:

Proven experience in a dental office (1 year preferred), showcasing your familiarity with dental terminology and procedures.
Knowledge of dental software. We run Open Dental.
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
Benefits include: 401K, paid time off and paid holidays for full time employment. Our schedule is 4 days a week with office staff working half a day on Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
