Gary is our Surfacing Supervisor, he’s responsible for getting the show on the road EVERY day and making sure all our wonderful surfacing machines are calibrated. Let’s give Gary a warm welcome 👏🏼 to the page and thank him for all he does for Superior.

📍Meet Ashley Wharton our real live SUPERHERO 🦸‍♀️ saftey manager.

Since joining Superior in 2020 Ashley has done so much to make our lab compliant and one of the safest in the United States. Give Ashley a hand for just some of her accomplishments.

✅Developed and rolled out core safety programs (PPE, Respiratory Protection, Hazard Reporting, Incident Investigation, Emergency Action Plans, etc.)
✅Created hazard reports, corrective action tracking, and training documentation

✅Designed and implemented standardized SOP numbering, revision control, and templates across Safety, Quality, and Operations
✅Partnered with leaders and subject-matter experts to turn informal “this is how we’ve always done it” processes into repeatable, auditable standards
