Bradley Sams, MD

Dr. Sams received his medical degree and residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Louisiana State University Health Science Center. He relocated with his wife, Dr. Sheli Milam, to Ocean Springs in 2000 to begin his private practice. Dr. Sams is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of the Mississippi Medical Association, the American College of Phlebology, and the American Association of Bariatric Physicians. In his Obstetrics & Gynecology practice, he provides a very wide range of care to his patients that include fertility treatments, bio identical hormone replacement therapy, high risk obstetrical care, as well as much more.In addition to his ever growing obstetrics/gynecology practice, Dr. Sams also owns and operates the Islands Vein Center, where he provides comprehensive varicose and spider vein treatment. He is now proud to be able to offer the healthy diet and lifestyle changes provided by Medi-Weightloss Clinics to his practice. Milam, M.D., FACOG

Dr. Milam is a graduate of Louisiana State University. She received her medical degree, as well as completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology, at Louisiana State University Health Science Center. She has been in private practice with her husband, Dr. Bradley Sams, in Ocean Springs since 2000. Dr. Milam is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the Mississippi Medical Association and the American Association of Bariatric Physicians. She runs a thriving Gynecology practice in Ocean Springs that focuses on every phase of a woman’s life from adolescence to menopause and beyond. In addition to her gynecology practice, Dr. Milam owns and operates the Med Spa at the Islands, a medical day spa that addresses the ever-changing aging process. The Medi-Weightloss Clinics that she has added to her practice provides a wonderful opportunity to assist in treating one of America’s leading health concerns through appropriate diet and lifestyle changes.
