Hey friends — it’s been way too long! You haven’t seen my face or heard much from me, and I’ve got a few exciting updates to share if you’ve got a moment. 💛

✨ Kinetric Wellness has been going through some major shifts over the years, and we’re beyond grateful for everyone who’s stuck with us through the ride. If you’ve been keeping up with our emails, you already know the scoop — but for the rest of you, here’s what’s new:

🚫 We’re no longer at The Zen Den and don’t have plans to return. That said, it’s still an amazing space offering incredible healing work like acupuncture, hypnotherapy and more! We absolutely love the team and encourage you to continue supporting their incredible work!

🏡 As for us, we’re now offering in-home massage sessions at no extra cost! That’s right — you can enjoy your massage in the comfort of your own space, and stay blissfully relaxed afterward without having to drive home. Yes please!

✨ And yes — Ajah is back! For now, she’s only available on Saturdays, so book ahead!

✌🏽 Prefer your peace away from home? We’ve got you covered. We’re also practicing part-time at in Oakhurst, a beautiful little escape for your self-care.
