8 oz low carb pasta
2-3 chicken breasts
1 block of cream cheese
1 cup chicken broth

1. Cook your chicken, cream cheese, broth & ranch seasoning in a slow cooker on high for 3 hours.
2. Then boil & drain your pasta, add it in with the cheddar & bacon. Cover until the cheese melts. Serve and enjoy!

1 low carb tortilla

3 sausage links (or 6 mini links)

1 large egg

1/4 cup shredded cheese

1/4 cup diced veggies (peppers, onions, spinach, etc.)

2 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning

1. Lay your tortilla flat and place sausage links along 3 edges. Roll them inward to create a stuffed crust and secure with toothpicks.

2. Crack your egg into the center and add cheese + diced veggies.

3. Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top, brush crust with melted butter, and finish with seasoning.

4. Air fry at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for about 15 minutes until golden, crispy, and set.

What you need:
1/4 cup blueberries
1/3 cup cottage cheese, I used Daisy
2 large eggs
1.75 cups almond flour or GF flour
1/3 cup melted butter or oil
1/2 cup sweetener, I used allulose
2 tsp baking powder
How to make them:
1. Blend all ingredients except your blueberries.
2. Pour into a parchment lined muffin tin. Add your blueberries. Bake @ 375F for 20-25 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.
3. Take them out, let cool & enjoy!
Pro tip: For baked recipes like this, I always do 80% almond flour and then a little bit of gluten free or white flour as well. It’s not required at all, but it does wonders for the texture and still keeps

If you love crispy cheese pizza and sneaking in veggies, this one is about to be your new obsession. It’s insanely simple, super crispy, and perfect for a quick lunch, snack, or side dish!

What you need:
β€’ 1 cup steamed broccoli
β€’ 1 cup grated Parmesan
β€’ 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
β€’ 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

How to make it:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the parchment to form a thin β€œcrust.”
3️⃣ Smash the steamed broccoli between paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible, then spread it over the Parmesan.

What you need:
2 oz softened cream cheese
1 large egg
2 tbsp SF sweetener
2 tbsp raspberries
1/2 tbsp lemon juice

How to make it:
1. Mash your raspberries with your lemon juice and set aside.
2. Then blend your cream cheese, egg & sweetener.
3. Pour into a greased ramekin, swirl in your raspberries and bake @ 350F for 30 mins.
4. Take it out, let chill & enjoy!

Homemade Slow Cooker Beef & Broccoli πŸ˜‹πŸ₯¦πŸ₯©

What you need:
2 lbs chuck roast
16 oz frozen broccoli
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup broth (I used beef)
1 cup soy sauce
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp ginger
Optional:
1/4 cup tbsp sweetener (honey or a zero sugar brown sweetener)
How to make it:
1. Slice your beef into strips.
2. Combine with all ingredients (except the broccoli) and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6-7 hours.
3. Stir to thicken the sauce. Add your broccoli, cook for another 30 minutes, take it out & enjoy!
Pro tip: Adding the sweetener here helps a lot with the flavor, and you can even whisk a little corn starch with water and stir it in to thicken the sauce as well πŸ‘Œ
