Crispy Smashed Broccoli Pizza 🍕🥦🧀

If you love crispy cheese pizza and sneaking in veggies, this one is about to be your new obsession. It’s insanely simple, super crispy, and perfect for a quick lunch, snack, or side dish!
What you need:
• 1 cup steamed broccoli
• 1 cup grated Parmesan
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
• 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
How to make it:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the parchment to form a thin “crust.”
3️⃣ Smash the steamed broccoli between paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible, then spread it over the Parmesan.
4️⃣ Top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
5️⃣ Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden, bubbly, and crispy around the edges.
