Congratulations to our 2025 Employee of the Year Ashley Lewis, LPN. Ashley started working for Autumn Lake Healthcare at Oceanview 9 years ago as a unit manager and was promoted to her current position as Assistant Director of Nursing. Although ADON is her official title she is also crucial to the facility in her role as Infection Preventionist as well as many other roles Ashley performs. Ashley is a wealth of knowledge in the long term care world and has been a nurse for 15 years. She has been an integral part of the team at Oceanview, always lending a helping hand or covering whenever and wherever she is needed. Ashley is not only a rockstar nurse, she is also a mother to a 17 year old daughter and she is extremely crafty! When nominated as Employee of the Year Ashley stated how thankful she was to work with such a good team, appreciates her DON and Administrator and it makes her extremely happy to be able to teach fellow staff members and spread knowledge. Once again congratulations to you Ashley Lewis and Oceanview thanks you for all you do!
