We are officially certified through the FMCSA National Registry of Medical Examiners and now providing DOT physicals for commercial motor vehicle drivers right here in Ocean View.

Due to increased demand and continued support from our amazing South Jersey community, we’re expanding our hours to serve you better.

Starting February 20th, Dr. Mack will be seeing patients on Fridays from 8:00am–12:00pm.

This means:
• More flexibility for busy schedules
• More availability for new patient appointments
• More opportunity to keep our community moving and feeling its best

Our regular hours remain:
Mon / Wed / Thurs – 8:00–11:00 & 2:30–5:00
Tues – 6:30–11:00
(With Dr. Mruz & Dr. Mack)

Fridays – 8:00–12:00
(With Dr. Mack Only)

From our office to you — snow day reminder to protect your back ❄️

Jokes aside here are some tips to protect your back while shoveling:
– Warm up for 2–3 minutes first
– Keep the shovel close to your body
– Use your legs to lift — squat don’t bend
– Avoid twisting — turn with your feet
– Take breaks — pace yourself

Move smart — stay safe — and take care of yourself
