Practice being more present this week. Take a different route to work. Sit outside in nature and notice. Chew your food thoroughly at meals.

In partnership with the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce, Atlas Yoga is stoked to provide some juicy stretches and deep breathing exercises your body craves after a long bike ride. Look for our flags at the finish line. Our model Piper won’t be there but hopes to meet you in the studio soon!
