I will be teaching an All Levels Yoga class this week at the Ocean View Community Center, John West Park, in Ocean View. The address is 32 West Ave., Ocean View, DE 19970. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00-9:00 AM and Wednesday from 4:30-5:30 PM. The cost is $10, payable in cash or via Venmo.

On October 1, 2025, we will be hosting our first 4:30-5:30PM Yoga class at the Community Center in John West Park, Ocean View. The cost to attend is $10, payable by cash or Venmo.
