Sometimes life reminds us to pause and adjust our plans. Unfortunately, Thursday’s class will need to be rescheduled. I look forward to seeing everyone next week on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. 💛

Hi everyone
Due to the current conditions, our Ocean View Town Hall Yoga Class is cancelled for Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

I’m hopeful the Town Hall will be cleared and ready for us by Thursday, February 26, 2026.

Stay safe and I will update you as soon as I know more.

I will be teaching an All Levels Yoga class this week at the Ocean View Community Center, John West Park, in Ocean View. The address is 32 West Ave., Ocean View, DE 19970. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00-9:00 AM and Wednesday from 4:30-5:30 PM. The cost is $10, payable in cash or via Venmo.
