We are loving this summer weather that has shown up this week!!

So we thought it was the perfect time to check in about beach classes!!

They’re back next month! Beach classes in Bethany will kick off May 29th at 8:00 am so mark your calendars!

The season is almost here! In the meantime grab your mat and start working on some strengthening exercises!

Christmas is only 16 days away!! Are you ready??

Think about your health and wellness and all your goals for the New Year. What’s on your list…. Peace, rest, movement, better eating habits, try something new?

The studio tends to slow down a bit more this time of year, but classes are running weekly. Privates always. With the holiday coming up check the Mindbody app for updated class schedules. Laurie is working extra days over Christmas break into New Years, so make sure to check those extra days when we usually don’t have classes.
