Ever wonder why some days feel smooth and grounded… and others feel chaotic for no reason at all? 🤔

Ayurveda might have some answers for you.

Join Megan Peters and Stacy Mullen for a cozy Mat Chat community circle where we’ll dive into yoga beyond the poses in casual conversation. This time, we’re exploring the three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — and how each one shapes your energy, emotions, habits, and even the types of movement that feel best in your body. 🌬️🔥🌿

You’ll take a quick dosha quiz, learn your primary + secondary type, and walk away with simple ways to support yourself day-to-day (no fancy routines needed).

Expect a lot of “Omg… that is me” moments. 😂

✨ Yogi Tip of the Week: Dancer’s Pose (Natarajasana) ✨

It’s not about how high you can kick — it’s about finding grace through strength. 💪💃

💡 Tip: Press your lifted foot into your hand as your heart reaches forward (not up!) to create that beautiful push-pull balance. Keep your standing knee soft, core strong, and tailbone really lengthening down for stability.

Let it be expressive, playful, and full of heart — after all, it’s called Dancer’s Pose!

MEET MIJA 👋🏻

We are so excited to welcome Mija to our team! Mija (pronounced “my-ah”) is one of our newest teachers and will be subbing a variety of yoga classes — you may have actually already been lucky enough to take one of her classes over the past few weeks!

A little bit about Mija:

Mija Speakman is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Health Coach who has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for over ten years. Mija loves to share relaxation practices and breath-work in her classes to and help you feel more centered and connected to your body and mind. Her favorite styles of yoga are vinyasa and yin to slow down from a busy day. Outside of yoga you can catch Mija outside at beach, hiking with her fiancé, or at craft markets sharing her affirmation card decks ().

Teens & Tweens Wellness Workshop coming 11/15!

Join us for an afternoon of mindful movement, crafting, DIY skincare creations, yummy bites and community building.

We will start with mindful movement, a blend of yoga and mat pilates. The group will also create custom journals together and a non-toxic skincare mask tailored to their skin type. We will join in community over yummy bites, focused on nourishing and fun snacks.

Recommended for ages 10-14.

Hosted by Myla Conroy with the help of her oldest daughter, Teegan Conroy. Myla is a mom of three, including two daughters. She has a special heart for teaching movement and mindfulness techniques for the next generation. Myla holds a 200 hour RYT Yoga certification, a 95 hour certification focusing on yoga for children and youth and a group fitness certification.

Parents are always welcome to stay onsite if they’d like, but it’s not required for this event.
