We are proud to introduce our new physician, Dr. Andrew To.

Dr. To is a Podiatric Medicine physician who was born and raised in San Diego. He attended UC San Diego where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry Cell Biology and master’s degree in Biology. He then received a medical degree from the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland and completed his surgical residency training at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Clara.

Now back in Southern California to practice, Dr. To is dedicated to bringing personalized and compassionate care to his patients. This means, providing comprehensive treatment plans and patient education to ensure that patients feel informed and supported throughout their care journey. He is well trained in all podiatric pathologies, including diabetic routine foot care, foot and ankle pain due to bunions, flat or high arched feet, sports and traumatic injuries and many more.
