NEW! Restorative Yoga class Thursdays June 2, 9, 16, 23 7:00-7:45 on zoom. Restorative Yoga relaxes muscles calms the mind, relieves stress and improves sleep quality. It’s resting poses with props like blankets and pillows with gentle stretching. 4 classes $40 or single class $13. Venmo, Zelle and PayPal accepted. Text me if you are interested. Namaste!

Marisa's Yoga has a new home! We are settled here in beautiful Queensbury Upstate New York. Waking up every morning to the beautiful Adirondacks in just breath taking. Even though I am no longer an Oceansider (in my heart I will always be!) I will continue with my Yoga Zoom open level classes every Tuesday 7:00-8:00 pm.
