Lake Country Health Services’ goal is to create an environment that affords our residents the opportunity to be a partner in the care they receive, to develop trusting relationships with our caregivers, and to reach their highest level of independence. We have been serving Waukesha, Washington, Dane, Milwaukee, and Dodge counties since 2009. Our center is nestled in Kettle Moraine State Park surrounded by beautiful lakes and is conveniently located near ProHealth Care and Aurora Hospitals.
