Safe Travels This Thanksgiving!
Driving:
-Avoid peak travel times and make sure your car is road-ready.
-Use car seats and booster seats correctly — proper installation and snug buckles every trip.
-Pack an emergency kit and share your travel plans.
-Check the weather, stay alert, buckle up, and avoid distractions.
-Slow down, follow road rules, and use caution in work zones.
-Take breaks, rotate drivers, and pull over safely if you have car trouble.
Planes & Trains:
-Handle your own belongings and wash hands often.
-Carry sanitizer/wipes and avoid touching your face.
-Postpone travel if you’re sick.
-Bring your own pillow/blanket for extra protection.
No matter how you’re traveling, a little preparation goes a long way toward keeping your family safe this holiday season.
