🍁🕰️ Fall Back Reminder!

Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend — don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour! ⏰

While we gain an extra hour of sleep (yay!), the time change can still throw off kids’ routines.

Try shifting bedtime a little earlier over the next few nights to help them adjust smoothly. 😴
